The type of personal information collected may include name, address, contact information (including email and telephone), injury level, equipment and care requirements, and family guest information.
Where information collected is regarding a monetary or in-kind donation, additional details such as organisation and payment may be acquired to assist with the donation processing and receipting process.

Further direct marketing and communication may include information regarding wellness available through services, courses, promotions and events We provide.
